All S&R team members have ten percent of their compensation that is only achieved by meeting our companies and customers expectations. Simply put S&R is a systems based company with skilled and experienced staff focused on aligning resources to fulfill your requirements and exceed your expectations.

S&R has a robust planning process. Each year we update our strategic plan, create a sales forecast, and compile an operational and capital budget allowing us to exceed your expectations. To minimize any potential interruptions to your business we also have a documented emergency plan.
